FOUNDER/DIRECTOR/COACH
RASHAD MAY
2033 Elite Coach
RaShad May is a dedicated youth basketball coach with a lifelong passion for the game and over a decade of coaching experience. A St. Louis native, May began his basketball journey at Hazelwood Central High School, where he played varsity and graduated in 2007. He continued his playing career at Forest Park Community College for two years, then transferred to McKendree University, and later to Lindenwood University–Belleville, where he played his senior season and graduated in 2012 with a degree in Communications.
After college, May played semi-professionally with the St. Louis Trotters in the IBA league, gaining valuable experience and deepening his understanding of the game at a competitive level.
Since 2013, May has been coaching youth basketball, working with players from 4th grade through the varsity level. His coaching philosophy centers on discipline, fundamentals, and character development. He is passionate about mentoring young athletes, helping them grow not only as players but also as individuals prepared for success on and off the court.
RaShad May’s commitment to the sport and his players continues to leave a positive impact in the youth basketball community.

ASSISTANT DIRECTOR/COACH
ARMON PROVO
2032 Elite Coach
Armon Provo played college basketball at Maryville University for all four years. He currently holds the record for most three pointers made in a Saints uniform. Now, he is on the coaching staff of the 2023-2024 Missouri State champion DeSmet Spartans

COACH HOSEA JACKSON
2033 Comp Coach
Hosea Jackson III has been coaching youth sports since 2012, bringing over a decade of experience to the St. Louis Grizzlies youth basketball program, where he has served since 2023. His coaching background includes work with 3D Academy, the St. Louis Stars youth football and basketball programs, as well as various other coaching and training roles throughout the St. Louis area. He also assisted Coach Rashad May with the Lindenwood University middle school development program.
As a former player, Hosea competed at McCluer North High School and played AAU basketball with the St. Louis Falcons (now Team Ramey) from 2004 to 2006. He later attended Jackson State University. Hosea is passionate about developing young athletes, with a strong focus on fundamentals, leadership, and building character on and off the court.
